OK, I admit it: I cook weird. But it's good. My sweetheart asked me to keep track of some of my creations. Out of respect for her wishes, I'm doing that. (I really like making her happy.)

Try them if you dare. I make absolutely no guarantees: you're on your own in this. Except this: I don't post a recipe here unless I like it.

I probably ought to say it: most of these recipes are original, and are copyrighted. Feel free to cook with them. Please don't post them. So publishing (electronic or traditional) is specifically prohibited without prior written permission. Sorry, there are trolls out there.
