1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup spelt flour
½ cup coconut flour
2 TBSP milk/buttermilk powder
2 TBSP oat fiber
2 TBSP gluten
1½ tsp salt
1½ TBSP sugar
1½ TBSP light olive oil
2 large eggs
¾ to 1 cup milk, room temperature.
Load it into the bread machine and press go.
