Ingredients:

medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed aggressively, but not peeled, cubed
¼ cup
powdered milk
1
TBSP powdered buttermilk
1
tsp chicken bouillon paste
1
TBSP butter
Salt
& pepper to taste.
Boil
potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft. Drain well. While they’re still too hot
to handle, add butter & bouillon paste and mash briefly, until both have
melted. Add remaining ingredients, and mash well.
