A batch of sourdough starter. Feed it for a
couple of days. Get it growing well.

The goal is about four cups of flour, with
enough water to make a good dough.

2 TBSP of olive oil.
·
1 TBSP sugar.
·
1 tsp salt.
·
2 TBSP gluten.
Mix it all together well. Really well.

Pans: coat the insides with oil, and dust (heavily) with
flour. Set the dough in it to rise for 8 or 12 hours. Then into a hot oven for
25 minutes.
Best sourdough I've ever made.
