Chili Chicken Sandwich

Layer it up:

1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted & buttered.
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese.
⅓ can of prepared chili con carne, heated.
½ hard boiled egg, sliced.
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese.
Season to taste.

Broil it in a toaster oven until the cheese melts.

Chow down and enjoy.
